• Cancellations & Make-Ups: If you need to miss a class, we will do our best to offer a make-up session, depending on availability. Please provide 24-hour notice. In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified prior to class and a make-up class will be scheduled.

• Sick Policy: If you or your child is unwell, please stay home. This includes symptoms such as fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious illness. We'll work with you on a make-up class or credit.           

• Refunds: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the first session. After that, credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis.                                                                                                                           

• Late Arrivals: Life happens! We welcome late arrivals. Just know that the session will already be in progress.                          

• Safety & Supervision: Parents or caregivers must remain with their child for the full class. This is not a drop-off program.                                                                                                                       

• Photo Consent: We love to capture the joy of our sessions! Photos may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out on your registration form.
